ICC revealed England and Wales Set to host venue for the 2026 Women's T20 World Cup.
- England will host the 2026 Women's T20 World Cup, with the International Cricket Council announcing four women's tournaments between 2024 and 2027.
Bangladesh will host their first-ever ICC Major women's tournament when they host the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2024.
The 50-over Women's World Cup will then take place in India in 2025, with Australia will surely to defend their Women's WC title.
If Sri Lanka qualifies, a T20 Champions Trophy will be held there in February 2027.
Six teams will compete in 16 matches in the Women's ICC Champions Trophy's debut season.

12 countries will compete in 33 games at the 2026 Women's T20 World Cup in England, up from the 10 teams scheduled to compete in Bangladesh in 2024 and South Africa in February 2023.
Additionally, it was revealed that Lord's would host the 2023 and 2025 World Test Championship finals, and that the 2023–2027 tour schedule had been agreed and would soon be made public.
Australia currently holds the Women's T20 World Cup title after defeating India in Melbourne in 2021 in front of 86,174 spectators.
- The last time England held a women's competition was in 2017, when Knight's team defeated India at a packed Lord's to win the 50+ World Cup.
- In 2009, they last played host to the Women's T20 World Cup, which saw Charlotte Edwards' team defeat New Zealand in the championship match.
The ECB, along with Scotland and Ireland, was announced as the host nation for the 2030 Men's T20 World Cup in November of last year.
