NFL Playoff Picture 2024: AFC, NFC Bracket, Wild-Card Matcups

NFL Week 16 playoff-clinching scenarios: 2024-25 NFL Playoff Bracket: Schedule, matchups and scores for AFC and NFC games

After Week 16, we’ll have a couple more weeks of NFL action to decide who’s facing whom in the postseason, as the road to Super Bowl 59 will truly be locked in.

But for now, if you’re wondering what the playoff picture looks like, you’ve come to the right place.

A few teams have already been eliminated (sorry to your squad if you root for them, but here’s the NFL Draft order right now to help!), but we’ll split it into the NFC and AFC and see who’s up, who’s down and who’s in between as of right now:

The NFC East, AFC East, AFC South, and NFC South are still up for grabs -- along with the final NFC playoff spot and two AFC wild card spots. Six teams (two in AFC, four in NFC) remain in the playoff race that are currently on the outside looking in, setting the stage for a crazy final weekend of football.

Here are the FINAL division-clinching scenarios After Week 15:
