Final Four Odds: Who is favored to win the Men's March Madness

2025 March Madness Final Four odds: Who is favored to win men's NCAA Tournament.

Who is the favorite to win the 2025 NCAA Tournament with the field down to four teams?

The field for the men's and women's NCAA Tournament has been set, so who is cutting down the nets?

That's the very question that college basketball fans have been analyzing since Selection Sunday, as they sit at the kitchen table (or on the couch) and make their March Madness brackets, where they hope to be the first-ever person to have a perfect bracket.

With still a few days to go until first-round games begin, oddsmakers appear to have made their picks of who will be crowned 2024-25 national champions.

When is the 2025 March Madness Fina Four.?

The Final Four of the men's NCAA Tournament will take place on Saturday, April 5 at the Alamodome in San Antonio. The national championship game will tip off at 8:50 p.m. ET on Monday, April 7 in the Alamo City.

while the women's Final Four will take place on Friday, April 4 and Sunday, April 6 in Tampa, Florida.

Who is the favorite to win men's March Madness?

Duke enters the Final Four as the betting favorite on BetMGM, at +100 odds.

To get to the national championship, the Blue Devils will have to take down Houston, the No. 3 overall seed, in the Final Four. The Duke-Houston Final Four matchup is an intriguing matchup from an analytical standpoint, as it features Duke's No. 1 offense and Houston's No. 1 defense, per KenPom.

A national championship for the Blue Devils would be their first under Jon Scheyer and first since 2015, when Mike Krzyzewski's team defeated Wisconsin. It would also be the program's sixth national championship, which would tie Duke with UConn and in-state rival North Carolina for the third-most championships in the country.

Behind South Carolina and rounding out the top three are UConn and UCLA, who have odds of +240 and +525 respectively on BetMGM.

The Huskies are a fascinating team heading into the women's NCAA Tournament, as Paige Bueckers, Azzi Fudd and Co. appear to be only peaking at the right time of the year despite being one of the top teams in the country all season. UConn has not won a national championship since 2016.

Led by Lauren Betts, a contender for National Player of the Year, and Kiki Rice, UCLA enters March Madness looking for its first-ever national championship title in program history.

Here's a breakdown of which programs have the top 10 best odds of winning the Final Four in the women's NCAA Tournament:

UConn: -125 (bet $10 to win $18 total)

South Carolina: +220 (bet $10 to win $32 total)

UCLA: +650 (bet $10 to win $75 total)

Texas: +700 (bet $10 to win $80 total)

TCU: +4000 (bet $10 to win $410 total)

USC: +5000 (bet $10 to win $510 total)

South Carolina has won two of the last three NCAA titles, but the Gamecocks are not currently the favorites to win the Tournament again.

As we head toward the Final Four, that designation belongs to the UConn Huskies.

UConn has rolled in its first three Tournament games, beating Arkansas State by 69, South Dakota State by 34 and Oklahoma by 23.

Plus, in the Huskies' Sweet 16 win over the Sooners, star guard Paige Bueckers scored 40 points, after scoring 34 in the Round of 32.
