The team plays its home games at TD Place Stadium and is currently led by Head Coach and General Manager Ryan Dinwiddie, who was appointed in November 2025.

Despite a challenging first season, the Redblacks quickly established themselves as contenders, reaching the Grey Cup final three times in their first five seasons. Their pinnacle came in 2016, when they won the Grey Cup, ending a 40-year championship drought for the city.
