The Toronto Argos will make their first trip to the 109th Grey Cup since last winning it in 2017.
McLeod Bethel-Thompson threw 2-touchdown passes as the Toronto Argonauts picked-up their ticket to the 109th Grey Cup with a 34-27 home win over the Montreal Alouettes in the East Division final Sunday.
The Winnipeg Blue Bombers will chase a third straight Grey Cup after downing the B.C. Lions 28-20 in the West Division final.
However, Argos backup Chad Kelly wasn't having a bad day either. He went 1-for-1 with a 46 yard touchdown after coming on in the second quarter for a short-yardage package during a second down-and-one situation.
For the Argonauts, Andrew Harris gained 42 yards on the ground, while DaVaris Daniels led Toronto's receivers with three receptions for 108 yards.
After the first quarter, Toronto led 14-3 and never looked back, holding on for the rest of the game to secure the important victory.

Prior to David Cote's 35-yard field goal at 10:53 of the fourth quarter, Montreal trailed the Argos 34-24 with the wind in their favour.
It was their third win of the year against a storied foe in Montreal.
