2026 NFL Draft attendees: League Announces 16 Prospects Who Will Attend in Pittsburgh draft




The NFL has revealed the list of 16 players who will attend the 2026 NFL Draft in person. Notably absent from the list is Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza, the reigning Heisman Trophy winner and the consensus favorite to be selected with the No. 1 overall pick.Mendoza is expected to watch the draft from home in Miami with family and friends. If selected first overall, he would become the first No. 1 pick to skip the draft in person since Travon Walker in 2022.

Ty Simpson (Alabama), regarded as the second-best quarterback in the class, is the only quarterback attending the draft.Eight of the 16 attendees rank inside the top 10 of USA TODAY Sports’ latest big board, including Arvell Reese, Caleb Downs, Jeremiyah Love, Sonny Styles, David Bailey, Mansoor Delane, Jordyn Tyson, and Rueben Bain Jr.
