FIFA World Cup 2026 Canada Celebrates Full Schedule: Dates and Locations for All 38 Stops




 ProgrammeFIFA has announced the full itinerary for Canada Celebrates the FIFA World Cup 2026™, a major fan engagement initiative designed to bring the excitement of the tournament to communities across Canada beyond the official host cities.






On Wednesday, 8 April 2026, FIFA released details of Canada Celebrates, a first-of-its-kind nationwide programme. It aims to unite Canadian communities from coast to coast to coast during the FIFA World Cup 2026™, which Canada is co-hosting with Mexico and the United States.The programme will feature 38 stops in 34 communities, with events including live match screenings, football activations, cultural shows, music, food, and celebrations of national pride. These activities will run from early June through the end of the tournament on 19 July 2026.


Key Features of Canada Celebrates


Extensive Reach: The stops are strategically placed so that more than 75% of Canadian residents live within a two-hour drive of at least one location.

National Coverage: Events will span all provinces and one territory (Yukon), ensuring broad accessibility.

Duration: Pre-tournament stops on 1 June and 5 June, followed by the main programme from 11 June to 19 July 2026.

Focus on Fans: The initiative recognizes that supporters and local communities are central to the World Cup spirit, creating welcoming public spaces for everyone to participate.


This programme extends the World Cup atmosphere beyond the matches hosted in Toronto and Vancouver, helping to build a lasting legacy for football in Canada.

From 9 April to 26 May 2026, enhanced Canada Celebrates experiences will coincide with the FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour by Coca-Cola. Fans in seven cities will have the chance to see the original FIFA World Cup Trophy:

Canada will host matches in Toronto (including the opening match on 12 June) and Vancouver.
