After four thrilling encounters at Singapore Smash 2026 Presented by Resorts World Sentosa, we have our chosen finalists in the Men’s and Women’s Singles event, where World No.1 Sun Yingsha will take on the World No.2 Wang Manyu, and Wang Chuqin will do battle with Lin Yun-Ju.

Singapore Smash 2026 (WTT Grand Smash, as of February 28, 2026) are the doubles disciplines that have crowned their champions. The singles events and Men's Doubles remain ongoing (quarterfinals completed in singles, with semifinals and finals pending;




Mixed Doubles Winner

Champions: Hugo Calderano (Brazil) and Bruna Takahashi (Brazil)

They defeated Lim Jonghoon / Shin Yubin (South Korea, top seeds) 3-0 (11-7, 11-6, 13-11) in the final.

Historic achievement: First non-Asian pair (and first from the Americas) to win a WTT Grand Smash doubles title.


Women's Doubles Winner

Champions: Miwa Harimoto and Hina Hayata (Japan, seed 3)

They defeated Nagasaki / Shin (likely Miyu Nagasaki / Shin Yubin, seed 4) 3-0 (11-9, 11-8, 11-7; dominant straight sets).

This marks their first WTT Grand Smash title as a pair.No other main events (Men's Singles, Women's Singles, Men's Doubles) are completed yet.

Who won the 2026 WTT Singapore Smash Men's, Women's Semifinals, full results


Women's Semifinals


In the women’s singles semifinal, Sun Yingsha beat Chen Yi 4–1. Sun took the games 11–2, 11–7, 11–10, 5–11, 11–2, showing her dominance to move comfortably into the final.

The other women’s semifinal saw Wang Manyu overcome Sabine Winter 4–1. Wang claimed the match 15–13, 7–11, 11–8, 11–9, 11–7, earning her spot in the championship match. 


Men's Semifinals

At The Kallang | Infinity ∞ Arena, Lin Yun-Ju defeated Truls Moregard 4–2 in the men’s singles semifinal. Lin won the match 11–7, 11–12, 14–12, 5–11, 7–11, 11–8, sealing his place in the final after a tightly contested battle. 

Can Anyone Deny Wang Chuqin?

YES: In the men’s singles semifinal at The Kallang | Infinity ∞ Arena, Wang Chuqin defeated Felix Lebrun 4–1. The top seed controlled the match from start to finish, taking the games 10–12, 11–8, 11–9, 11–5, 11–9 to secure his place in the final with a confident performance. 


Who won the 2026 WWT Singapore Smash Finals of Men's, Women's Singles?



Sun Yingsha has won the Women’s Singles title in Singapore for the third time, prevailing in an epic contest against World No.2 Wang Manyu at Singapore Smash 2026 Presented by Resorts World Sentosa (11-8, 11-9, 7-11, 6-11, 12-10, 11-9).

These two old rivals had previously faced off against each other 12 times on the WTT Series, with Sun winning 10. However, they last encountered each other in WTT action in the final of China Smash 2025, where it was Wang who emerged victorious. Triumph for Wang this time would give her back-to-back WTT Grand Smash titles, while Sun was hunting her third Singapore Smash crown. 


Wang Chuqin has been crowned Men’s Singles champion in the Lion City for the second time in his career, clawing his way past Lin Yun-Ju to bring Singapore Smash 2026 Presented by Resorts World Sentosa to a spectacular close (11-3, 11-8, 11-8, 11-9).

Mr. Lion Heart himself, the man who took home the Singapore Smash title back in 2024 was the red-hot favourite heading into Sunday’s showdown, and had dropped just two games en route to the final.
