What are the 2026 NFL combine events? Workout schedule times for every position in NFL scouting

It's a busy weekend ahead for the top prospects in the 2026 NFL Draft class.

The annual NFL scouting combine will get underway in Indianapolis on Thursday, Feb. 26, and hundreds of draft hopefuls have been invited to take interviews with teams and test in front of scouts.

Each year, a handful of prospects make themselves some extra money by boosting their draft stock with strong test results. Last year, current Seahawks safety Nick Emmanwori lit up the NFL combine with one of the best performances by a safety in combine history before getting drafted early in the second round.

Here's a look at the full combine list of events and schedule, broken down by position group:

What are the NFL Scouting combine events in Indianapolis?

There are a variety of NFL combine events for the participating NFL draft prospects, even outside of the on-field drills. Players attending the combine will undergo medical evaluations, interview with teams, have their measurements taken and hold media availability sessions.

A day after each position group has its media availability, they'll do their on-field testing. Every athlete can participate in a set of "measurable" drills, listed below, but each position group also has its own set of position-specific drills – quarterbacks have throwing sessions, wide receivers have the "gauntlet" drill, etc.

Here are the drills each NFL combine participant can take part in:

40-yard dash

10-yard split

Vertical jump

Broad jump

Three-cone drill

20-yard shuttle

Bench press (225 pounds)
