Played at least three regular-season or playoff games and are on the active or inactive roster for the Super Bowl
Appeared in eight or more games during the season, regardless of roster status at the Super Bowl
Veteran players who suffered season-ending injuries but remained under contract
Who receives only 50% of the bonus?
Players receive half of the bonus if they:
Played fewer than three games and are on the active or inactive Super Bowl roster
Are not on the Super Bowl roster but played between three and seven games during the season
Are rookies who were injured during the season but stayed under contract
