Kentucky Wildcats Projected Starters

Head coach: Craig Skinner

6 Kassie O'Brien | Setter | 6-1 | First-Year Player

7 Eva Hudson | Outside Hitter | 6-1 | Senior

10 Kennedy Washington | Middle Blocker | 6-0 | Second-Year Player

11 Molly Berezowitz | Defensive Specialist | 5-5 | Junior

12 Molly Tuozzo | Libero | 5-7 | Junior

15 Lizzie Carr | Middle Blocker | 6-6 | Redshirt Junior

17 Brooklyn DeLeye | Outside Hitter | 6-2 | Junior

Deciding Element: Brooklyn DeLeye, Outside Hitter

It is uncommon to designate an AVCA First-team All-American as a pivotal factor, yet Brooklyn DeLeye's play will be critical versus the surging Aggies. Kentucky began sluggishly in the opening set of their Final Four triumph over third-ranked Wisconsin—experiencing their most significant set deficit since 2018—partly because of DeLeye's early difficulties. She recorded 15 kills from 50 total attacks, but her poor .160 hitting efficiency was her third-worst mark this season. The Wildcats and DeLeye need to start powerfully in the national championship and cannot risk falling behind the Aggies.

Kentucky outside hitter Brooklyn DeLeye (17) celebrates following a point during the initial set versus Wisconsin.

12 Ava Underwood | Libero/Defensive Specialist | 5-7 | Senior

16 Maddie Waak | Setter | 5-10 | Senior

Deciding Element: Ifenna Cos-Okpalla, Middle Blocker

Ifenna Cos-Okpalla earned her 2025 AVCA First-Team All-American honor for a clear purpose. The 6-foot-2 senior middle blocker has been an impenetrable barrier this playoff run. She tops the Aggies with 195 total blocks and 1.70 blocks per set, which places her third nationally. Cos-Okpalla has maintained an average of 7.2 blocks for the Aggies during the 2025 NCAA Tournament, and her net presence aided
