Women's NCAA Basketball Recruiting: Top 10 Classes of 2026.

December saw a notable spike in commitments, highlighting a trend of later decisions fueled by unlimited official visits and evolving revenue-sharing opportunities in women’s college basketball. The recruiting landscape is now defined by more players, more choices, and more complexity, moving beyond traditional amateur norms.

As the early signing period for the 2026 class nears (Nov. 12–19), 52 programs across 12 conferences have secured at least one top-100 commitment, and 24 programs have landed multiple elite recruits. Notre Dame leads with five commitments, followed by Duke and Clemson with four each. Nebraska, Indiana, Kentucky, and Florida State all have three. Only three five-star prospects—Jerzy Robinson, Brihanna Crittendon, and Addison Bjorn—remain uncommitted, with powerhouse programs such as Texas, South Carolina, Oregon, North Carolina, and UConn still in the mix. Overall, 13 of the top 100 players are yet to decide.
