Pakistan beat Kuwait to wins the 2025 Hong Kong Super Sixes title: Full Results of Every Match.




The Hong Kong Sixes 2025 was held from November 7 to 9 at the Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground.

MONG KOK: Pakistan dominated Kuwait to win the Hong Kong Sixes 2025 title at Mission Road Ground on Sunday, winning by 44 runs.

Pakistan chose to bat first and put up a huge total of 135 for 3 in just six overs. Captain Abbas Afridi was the star of the show, smashing 52 runs from only 11 balls, including seven massive sixes, before leaving the field injured. Abdul Samad added 42 runs from 13 balls, and Khawaja Nafay hit a quick 22 from 6 balls, as Pakistan’s top order completely overpowered the Kuwaiti bowlers.

Although Meet Bhavsar took three wickets, Kuwait’s bowlers struggled to contain Pakistan’s explosive batting, which scored at a stunning 22.5 runs per over.

In reply, Kuwait gave a good fight but managed only 92 runs in five overs. Bhavsar remained not out with 33 runs, while Adnan Idrees added 30. For Pakistan, Maaz Sadaqat was the pick of the bowlers with 3 wickets for 29 runs, and Abbas Afridi and Muhammad Shahzad took one wicket each.

Earlier, Pakistan had beaten Australia in a thrilling semi-final by just one run. Khawaja Nafay played a key role, scoring 50 off 14 balls to help Pakistan reach 121 for 2. Tight bowling in the final overs sealed Pakistan’s place in the final—and ultimately, the championship.
