Which team has the No. 1 overall pick in 2025 NFL draft?

Who has the first pick in the 2025 NFL Draft this Year in Green Bay?

The 2025 NFL Draft is less than a week away. Which team has the first overall pick?

The top pick in any given year's "annual player selection meeting" is awarded to the organization that performed the worst in the prior season. This year, there were three teams tied with a 3-14 record, so the first pick went to the team that also had the weakest strength of schedule of those three.

Miami Hurricanes quarterback Cam Ward is the heavy favorite to be the No. 1 overall selection, and he will be in attendance for the draft this year in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Who has the first pick in the 2025 NFL Draft?

The Tennessee Titans own the No. 1 overall pick in this year's draft.

Their 3-14 record was tied with the Cleveland Browns and New York Giants for the worst record in the NFL in 2024. Tennessee won the tiebreaker for rights to the top pick with its weaker strength of schedule, thanks in part to its two losses to the 4-13 Jacksonville Jaguars.

The last time the Titans had the first pick in the draft was back in 2016 and they ended up trading their position to the Rams who selected Jared Goff.

This switch also led to the Titans selecting Derrick Henry who was with the Titans for eight seasons before signing to the Baltimore Ravens in the 2024 offseason.
