Those are among the options on the menu when Rory McIlroy takes part in one of the more revered traditions at The Masters for the first time next month.
McIlroy's menu for the annual Masters Champions dinner at Augusta National Golf Club was announced March 18 ahead of the first major of the 2026 golf season. The defending champion gets to select the menu each year, and only previous Masters winners are invited to attend the pre-tournament meal.
When is the 2026 Masters Tournament?
The 90th edition of the Masters Tournament, the first major golf event of the year, will be held from Thursday, April 9, to Sunday, April 12, at Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia. Both CBS and ESPN will provide coverage of this prestigious tournament.

What's on the menu in Masters Champions Dinner at Augusta National?
Rory McIlroy's is the defending champion and gets the honour of being the Champions Dinner host for this year.
Here's what he has in store for his esteemed guests...
McIlroy's choices included four different appetizers, a first course, a main course, dessert and four wine selections.
Those attending the meal will start with rock shrimp tempura, a peach and ricotta flatbread, bacon-wrapped dates and the aforementioned elk sliders (with caramelized onion jam and roasted garlic aioli). Then comes a first course of yellowfin tuna carpaccio.
Diners will get to choose between a wagyu filet mignon or seared salmon for their main course, along with traditional Irish champ potatoes ("When I was a kid, I used to eat champ by the bowlful," McIlroy said), brussels sprouts and crispy Vidalia onion rings.
The dessert will be sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream and warm toffee sauce.
McIlroy also selected an extensive wine list from Augusta National's wine cellar. It features a 2022 Domaine LeFleive whose average cost is more than $2,000 per bottle on wine-searcher.com.

Tiger Woods has hosted the Champions Dinner on five occasions.
His first menu in 1998 included cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches, chips and milkshakes. His most recent - in 2020 - featured 'Augusta Roll' (tempura shrimp, spicy tuna and avocado) to start, followed by a main course of prime steak and chicken fajitas plus a trio of desserts which included a flan, churros with chocolate sauce and sopapillas - a Mexican fried dough dessert.
Patrick Reed's 2018 menu included a choice of Caesar salad or a salad consisting of a wedge of iceberg lettuce, followed by ribeye steak and desserts of tiramisu, creme brulee and cheesecake.
Bubba Watson served the same menu in 2013 and 2015: a Caesar salad, grilled chicken served with cornbread, macaroni and cheese plus confetti cake and ice cream. Sir Nick Faldo said it was the worst one he had tasted.
English three-time champion Faldo's 1997 menu was very simple - tomato soup for the starter and a main of fish and chips, with the fish imported from Grimsby.
Scot Sandy Lyle, in1989, had a meal of haggis, mashed potato and mashed turnips.
