The opening weekend of the 2026 NCAA Tournament will come to a close with second-round action on Sunday, March 22th. Eight games will take place throughout the day with the first game tipping off at 12:10 p.m. ET and the last game tipping off at 9:40 p.m. ET. All games will air across CBS, TNT, TBS, and TruTV.

Selection Sunday was just one week ago, but the men's NCAA Tournament has already seen 44 teams eliminated from the field of 68. And by the end of Sunday, we will have our Sweet 16 locked in after eight second-round matchups take place across the country.

Spots in the Sweet 16 and the second weekend of the NCAA Tournament are on the line during the next two days. Here's the complete schedule for the second round of the 2026 men's NCAA Tournament:

When is second round for men's March Madness?


The men's NCAA Tournament second round will have eight games on Saturday, March 21 and eight more games on Sunday, March 22.

There are eight regional sites, which will host a total of six games in the first and second rounds.



Saturday's games will be played in:

Rupp Arena (Lexington), Amica Mutual Pavilion (Providence), Intrust Bank Arena (Wichita), Ball Arena (Denver)

Sunday's games will be played in:

Climate Pledge Arena (Seattle), Rocket Arena (Cleveland), Fiserv Forum (Milwaukee), Lenovo Center (Raleigh)



How to watch second round for men's March Madness


The men's second round will be broadcast on CBS, TBS, TNT and truTV with the first game of the day on Saturday and Sunday starting at noon ET. Tip-off times will be staggered throughout the day, with the final games slated to begin at 9:30 p.m. ET.

All games will be streamed live on the NCAA's website.
