— Drake Maye vs. Sam Darnold will be among the familiar faces at the Super Bowl when the New England Patriots go for an unprecedented Record-Extending 7th Super Bowl title against the Seattle Seakawks on Feb. 8 in Santa Clara, CA.

Spotify’s most-streamed superstar of 2025, Bad Bunny, is set to take the field on Sunday, Feb. 8, 2026, to headline the Super Bowl 2026 halftime show at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

In a statement issued when the NFL announced its choice, the Puerto Rican hitmaker reflected on the honor.

"What I'm feeling goes beyond myself," he said. “It’s for those who came before me and ran countless yards so I could come in and score a touchdown. … This is for my people, my culture, and our history."

Music’s biggest stage will also feature award-winning artists performing the national anthem, “America the Beautiful” and “Lift Every Voice and Sing,” the Black national anthem.

Here are a few more things to know as the Super Bowl approaches:

What channel is the Super Bowl on?

TV Channel: NBC (WLWT-TV in Cincinnati).

NBC owns the broadcast rights to Super Bowl 60. That puts the network's "Sunday Night Football" crew of play-by-play announcer Mike Tirico, game analyst Cris Collinsworth and sideline reporter Melissa Stark in line to call the game.

What time is the Super Bowl?

It will start at roughly 6:30 p.m. EST on Feb. 8.

Who is performing at the Super Bowl halftime show?

Bad Bunny will headline the halftime show for Super Bowl LX, which the league announced in late September. Several artists were rumored to potentially be the headliner act for the halftime show of Super Bowl LX, including Taylor Swift, Adele, Miley Cyrus and Lady Gaga.

At 31, Bad Bunny, a Puerto Rican rapper and singer, is one of the youngest performers to headline a Super Bowl halftime show. He's also a three-time Grammy Award winner, earning 16 Grammy nominations in his career.

This will mark Bad Bunny's second appearance in a Super Bowl halftime show. He made an appearance during the halftime show of Super Bowl LIV, which was headlined by Jennifer Lopez and Shakira.

What time does the Super Bowl halftime show start?

Since kickoff is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. ET, and the game usually takes somewhere between 3-4 hours to complete, the halftime show will likely begin somewhere between 8-8:30 p.m. ET. All of this depends, of course, on how the play on the field progresses.

Who is Bad Bunny, performing at the Super Bowl halftime show?

Bad Bunny (real name Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio), the Puerto Rican global superstar born in 1994, headlines the Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show on February 8, 2026, at Levi's Stadium during the New England Patriots vs. Seattle Seahawks game.

He makes history as the first Latino and first Spanish-language solo headliner in Super Bowl halftime show history. Widely regarded as the "King of Latin Trap" and one of the most-streamed artists worldwide, Bad Bunny rose from SoundCloud uploads in 2016 to massive success with albums like Un Verano Sin Ti, multiple Grammy wins, and chart-topping hits blending reggaeton, Latin trap, and cultural storytelling.

His performance is expected to be high-energy, vibrant, and deeply rooted in Puerto Rican pride, featuring his biggest anthems (with the trailer highlighting tracks like "BAILE INoLVIDABLE"). It promises to captivate millions of viewers and celebrate Latin music on football's biggest stage, potentially including surprise guests for an unforgettable set.
