New York, Oct. 14, 2025 – The 2025 TCS New York City Marathon is set to have the stars out in a few weeks.

The New York Road Runners on Thursday announced its celebrities lineup of who will be participating in the event, including actor Randall Park.

Park is best known for the ABC sitcom Fresh Off the Boat will make his 26.2-mile debut on behalf of KultureCity.

Who is the Grand Marshal for 2025 TCS New York City Marathon


The New York Road Runners (NYRR) announced that CC Sabathia, former New York Yankees pitcher and recent Baseball Hall of Fame inductee, will serve as the Grand Marshal for the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon.

In this honorary role, Sabathia will lead the celebration as more than 55,000 runners take on the world’s most iconic marathon through the five boroughs of New York City. Over two million spectators are expected to line the streets on Sunday, November 2, cheering on participants from around the globe.
