Who won the NFC East Division title 2025?
The curse of the NFC East is over: Eagles become 1st back-to-back NFC East winners in 2 decades
For the first time in over two decades, a team has finally won the division in back-to-back seasons. The Eagles pulled off the feat on Saturday with their 29-18 win over the Commanders to win the NFC East for the second straight season.
There hadn’t been a back-to-back winner of the NFC East since the Eagles won four straight from 2001 through 2004. In the last 20 years, a new team came out on top of the division every single season.
“Man, that’s crazy. It is crazy,” center Cam Jurgens said this week. “It’s hard to put it into perspective. It just shows the run that this team has been on the last several years. It’s pretty cool.
In the last 20 seasons, the Eagles and Cowboys each won 7 division titles, while Washington and the Giants each won 3.
