Real Madrid announce ‘€103m’ signing of 19-year-old Jude Bellingham on six-years contract.






Jude Bellingham: Real Madrid on Wednesday officially announced the signing of England midfielder Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund.

 The 19-year-old midfielder has signed a six-year contract with Los Blancos which is reportedly worth €103m euros (£88.5m)

If those add-ons are achieved during the stay at Los Blancos, the deal could reach 133.9m euros (£115m).



Real Madrid released a Official statement on Bellingham’s signing.


“Real Madrid CF and Borussia Dortmund have agreed on the transfer of the player Jude Bellingham, who will remain linked to our club for the next six seasons.”

“Tomorrow, Thursday, June 15, at 12:00 noon at Real Madrid City, the presentation ceremony for Jude Bellingham as a new Real Madrid player will take place. Next, Jude Bellingham will appear before the media”, the club said in a statement.

Bellingham is also Real Madrid's second-most expensive signing, after Eden Hazard's 115m euro move from Chelsea in 2019, and the third-most expensive teenager in history.

Jude Bellingham spent three successful years at Bundesliga club Dortmund, making 132 appearances. He scored 24 goals, and provided 25 assists for the German club.

He played 42 times for his club in 2022-23 - scoring 14 goals and registering seven assists.

The Dortmund paid £25m to Birmingham in 2020 made Bellingham the most expensive 17-year-old in the history of football.
