The 31st Winter World University Games knows as 2023 Lake Placid will be held in New York, United States will begins on 12th January & concludes on January 22, 2023 .

The 2023 FISU Winter World University Games is a college level winter themed multi-sport event. With the administration of International University Sports Federation, the event is taking place in New York this Thursday.

Lake Placid has hosted Olympic Winter Games twice, in 1932 and 1980.

Aged 17-25, more than 2500 athletes from 600 universities and 50 countries will compete in 11 days for 86 medal events. A total of 12 games will be played at Olympic Center in the 2023 Lake Placid Winter World Games from January 12 to January 22.
