The Men's FIH Hockey World Cup 2023 Stage is Set, And will kick-off with India up against Spain in opener at the newly built Birsa Munda International Hockey Stadium in Rourkela on January 13.

A total of 44 matches will be played across two venues, with 16 teams in the fray. The marquee event will start on January 13 with the final scheduled to take place on January 29.

Meanwhile, three-time champions Pakistan will miss the tournament after they failed to finish among the top four teams at the Asia Cup.
