January is here and the 2023 NFL playoffs are locked in. With the race becoming more competitive each week, here is everything you need to know about the 2024 NFL playoffs.

The 2023-24 playoff picture is updated after the conclusion of each regular-season game through Week 18.

For the 18th consecutive season, the NFL will not have a repeat Super Bowl champion. In fact, since the New England Patriots won back-to-back titles following the 2003 and 2004 seasons, only three teams have won multiple times.





When do the 2023-24 NFL playoffs starts, schedule dates?





The 2023-24 NFL Playoffs kick off with Wild Card Weekend on Saturday, January 13th when the Cleveland Browns travels to the Houston Texans, .

The first Wild-Card game will get underway at 4:30 p.m. ET / 9:30 p.m. GMT in NBC.


Due to the addition of the 18th week in the regalar season, therefore pushes the start of the playoffs back one week in January and Super Bowl LVIII will take place on the second Sunday of February.

The 2023-24 NFL Playoffs open with Super Wild Card Weekend Schedule, a three-day event that begins on Saturday, Jan. 13, 2024. This kicks off a three-round, single-elimination tournament within each conference (AFC and NFC) to decide who will meet in Super Bowl LVII.


Wild Card Weekend: Saturday, January 13th, Sunday, January 14th and Monday, January 15th

Divisional Round: Saturday, January 20th and Sunday, January 21st

Conference Championships: Sunday, January 28th

Super Bowl 58: Sunday, February 11th

Which teams have clinched a berth in the 2023 NFL playoffs?



Fourteen teams have make it to the NFL Postseason 2023-24 -- seven each from the AFC and NFC -- qualify for the NFL playoffs and compete for the opportunity to play in the Super Bowl.

Five teams have already clinched playoff spots in the NFC, and the remaining two berths could be spoken for by the time Sunday's action wraps up.

Meanwhile, in the AFC, only one team – the Kansas City Chiefs – has sewn up a spot in the postseason field.

When is the 2023 NFL Divisional Round Schedule, Dates, Times, TV Channel, How to Watch, Scores ?



The 2022 NFL Divisional Round consists of four total games played over the course of two days: Saturday, Jan. 20 (2 games) and Sunday, Jan. 21 (2).

The eight teams that face off in the Divisional Round -- the two No. 1 seeds and the six winners from Super Wild Card Weekend -- play based on seeding within each conference, with the higher seeds hosting the lower seeds.

The highest remaining seed in each conference hosts the lower remaining seed in the AFC and NFC Championship Games on Championship Sunday (Jan. 28), with the winners representing their respective conferences in the Super Bowl.
