The 2026 WNBA collective bargaining agreement has dramatically raised player salaries. For the first time in league history, multiple players are earning $1 million or more in a single season.The new deal increased the team salary cap from $1.5 million in 2025 to $7 million in 2026. The minimum salary rose from roughly $67,000 to $300,000, while the average player salary jumped from about $105,000 to approximately $600,000.Under the new structure, 27 players are earning at least $1 million this season. Three stars are receiving the league’s new supermax of $1.4 million.
