Taranto will host athletics, canoe and kayak, cycling, fencing, finswimming, padel, rowing, sailing, skateboarding, speed skating marathon, swimming and 3x3 basketball.

Crispiano will host archery, while Francavilla Fontana will host badminton. Montemesola will host bocce, and San Giorgio Jonico will host boxing and equestrian events.

Grottaglie will host artistic and rhythmic gymnastics. Martina Franca will host judo and karate. Torricella will host both shooting disciplines.

Massafra will host table tennis and taekwondo.

Football and handball will use multiple venues across the host region.
