11-20: The next tier of players falls below the $100,000 mark, reflecting a notable gap after the top 10. Specific salaries for positions 11 through 20 include several veterans and key contributors earning in the high $80,000 to low $90,000+ range (exact figures available via the full PWHLPA Salary Guide). Only 10 players league-wide earned six figures this season.
This landmark decision by the PWHLPA represents a significant step forward for player rights and league transparency. Ottawa’s strong showing at the top, with three players in the top eight, highlights the Charge’s commitment to competitive roster building.
Nearly 100 players earned under $50,000, with the league minimum set at $37,131.50. As the PWHL continues to expand its audience and commercial appeal, this move toward greater openness is expected to benefit negotiations, fan engagement, and the league’s long-term growth.
