Fox Sports has released its complete 2026 Friday night college football schedule, featuring a strong mix of Big Ten and Big 12 conference games along with key non-conference matchups.The network’s Friday night package returns for its third season and is expected to once again deliver strong viewership numbers.

September 18: Houston at Texas Tech – 8:00 p.m.  

September 25: Northwestern at Indiana – 8:00 p.m.  

October 2: Penn State at Northwestern – 8:00 p.m.  

October 9: Iowa at Washington – 9:00 p.m.  

October 16: Washington at Purdue – 8:00 p.m.  

November 6: Nebraska at Illinois – 8:00 p.m.  

November 13: Illinois at UCLA – 9:00 p.m.  

November 20: Oregon at Michigan State – 8:00 p.m.  

November 27: West Virginia at Utah – 8:00 p.m. or 9:00 p.m.

Key Highlights

Defending national champion Indiana hosts Northwestern on September 25 in a Big Ten Friday night matchup.  

Northwestern plays its first game at the newly rebuilt Ryan Field against Penn State on October 2.  

The historic Border War rivalry between Missouri and Kansas returns on September 11.  

Both Northwestern and Washington will appear twice on Fox Friday nights.  

Fox will once again broadcast the Mountain West Conference Championship game.
