2026 MLB on Apple TV+: Friday Night Schedule, Dates, Start Times






Apple TV+ will stream “Friday Night Baseball” for the fifth consecutive season in 2026, continuing its popular weekly doubleheader package of live MLB regular season games.The 2026 season kicks off on Friday, March 27, with a doubleheader featuring:

Los Angeles Angels at Houston Astros – 8:00 PM ET

Cleveland Guardians at Seattle Mariners – 9:30 PM ET


As in previous years, “Friday Night Baseball” delivers high-quality production, expert commentary, and — most importantly — no local blackout restrictions. Fans in more than 60 countries and regions can enjoy both games each Friday night with Apple’s premium presentation, including innovative camera angles and iPhone integration for immersive viewing.Broadcast Teams for 2026

Two primary broadcast teams will handle the majority of games:


Team 1: Alex Faust (play-by-play), Ryan Spilborghs (analyst), Tricia Whitaker (reporter)

Team 2: Wayne Randazzo (play-by-play), Dontrelle Willis (analyst), Heidi Watney (reporter)


Veteran play-by-play announcer Rich Waltz will return for select games throughout the season.MLB Network’s production team will once again partner with Apple’s live sports unit to produce the broadcasts.
