Rory McIlroy headlines a stacked field at the 2025 PGA Championship, 20$ million event at Quail Hollow, NC.
Who’s in the 2025 PGA Championship field and what did they do to earn a spot at Quail Hollow? Here’s the full rundown.
The 2025 PGA Championship field is shaping up nicely, so let’s take a look at who’s already in as we edge closer to the second men’s major of the season.
Young LIV golfers Tom McKibbin and David Puig were given invitations. As members of LIV Golf, Puig and McKibbin have limited opportunities to earn Official World Golf Rankings points.
There was another notable LIV name on Tuesday’s announcement as Dustin Johnson, whose exemption for his 2020 Masters win expired this year, was awarded a place in the field.
Also getting an invite was Rickie Fowler.
Fowler was a member of the 2023 U.S. Ryder Cup team. All players who were members of the U.S and European Ryder Cup teams receive invites as long as they remain in the top 100 in the world.
Where is the 2025 PGA Championship?
We’re back at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina, as the game’s biggest names look to be crowned the 107th PGA champion.
