The Arnold Palmer Invitational gets underway Thursday at Bay Hill Club & Lodge in Orlando, Florida, and there's a lot of money on the line for the limited field.


There was a battle at Bay Hill, and it came down to a playoff

Akshay Bhatia knocked off Daniel Berger on the first playoff hole at Arnie's Place to win the 2026 Arnold Palmer Invitational. Bhatia trailed by five shots heading to the back nine but shot 31 coming home to force a playoff. All three of his PGA Tour wins have come in a playoff.

And with the win, Bhatia will take home a hefty $4 million paycheck.

He finished with a 72-hole total of 11-under 277, securing a one-stroke victory over runner-up Collin Morikawa. Henley's win was fueled by a dramatic final round where he chipped in for an eagle on the 16th hole at Bay Hill Club & Lodge.
