The IRONMAN World Championship doesn't return to Kona for three years. then the Intermountain Healthcare IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship returns in less than three weeks. It will be a big month for long-distance triathlon in October 2022.

- St. George, Utah, the location of the 2021 championships, where Gustav Iden and Lucy Charles-Barclay won the championhips in a dominating way.

Last September all events were held in Utah in a single day, but this year, a little bit in tast, as we return to the more traditional IRONMAN 70.3 Championship format of a two-day event.

  • The professional women's race will be held on Friday, October 28. The professional men's race will be held on Saturday, October 29.


On both days, the Pro races will starts- Kick-Off times.


Mountain Time at 0730 local .

Eastern Time -- 09:30

Pacific Time -- 06:30


The Same time over the other side.

UK Start-time -- 1430

CET Time -- 15: 30 .



Where to watch Live Streaming -- You Can watch all races Online Broadcast live at Outside TV Channel (Live stream), who has partnered with IRONMAN for its 70.3 events in 2022.

Free live coverage of both race days will air / telecast live on Outside Watch; Outside+ Members will also be able to watch the race live coverage.

As usual, competitors begin their race with a 1.2-mile swim in Sand Hollow Reservoir before beginning a 56-mile bike ride that loops around and returns them to St. George.

The Final 13.1-mile run course, which consists of two loops, will see the most significant alteration for the world championship.
