We’ve witnessed some amazing scenes in England’s top-flight in the last 10 years.

Mane first arrived in the Premier League ahead of the 2014/15 campaign with Southampton. In his two seasons at the St. Mary’s, he scored 21 league goals.

Also on 75 league goals is Sterling. Eighteen of those came at Liverpool before his £49 million move to Manchester City.


8 | Olivier Giroud | 78 goals

The Frenchman bagged 73 league goals for Arsenal in six seasons but has only managed five for Chelsea in two-and-a-half years.


7 | Eden Hazard | 85 goals

Giroud’s former Chelsea teammate managed 85 goals during his time at Stamford Bridge.


6 | Jamie Vardy | 96 goals

During Leicester’s title-winning campaign in 2015/16, he scored 24 - including scoring in 11 consecutive games. This season, he’s managed 16 in 17.


5 | Robin van Persie | 98 goals

Despite leaving England after the 2014/15 season, Van Persie scored 98 goals for Arsenal and Man Utd. Van Persie’s managed 50 goals for the Gunners befoer swapped the Emirates for Old Trafford, where he scored a further 48.


4 | Romelu Lukaku | 113 goals

Lukaku didn’t manage any goals for Chelsea but scored 17 while on loan at West Brom.
 Sixty-eight goals followed at Everton before a further 28 at United.


3 | Wayne Rooney | 114 goals

Rooney is just One goal ahead of the Romelu Lukaku. The legendary striker scored 104 of them at United, with his most prolific campaign coming in the 2011/12 season where he netted 27 goals.


2 | Harry Kane | 134 goals

Kane’s breakthrough season when he scored 21 league goals in the 2014/15 season.
In the following three years, he scored 25, 29 and 30 before ‘only’ grabbing 17 in the 2018/19 season.


1 | Sergio Aguero | 173 goals

In his debut season at Man City, he scored 23 - a tally he beat in the 2014/15 season when he found the back of the net 26 times when he won the Premier League Golden Boot.

In fact, in his eight seasons in the league, Aguero has only failed to hit 20 league goals on two occasions - 2012/13 and 2013/14.

It features some legendary names but the best story is surely Vardy’s.

In 2010, he was playing non-league football for FC Halifax in the Northern Premier League.
Ten years on, he’s currently leading the Premier League goalscoring charts and has a Premier League winners’ medal in his trophy cabinet.
