Premier League champions Manchester City Become The First 'Billion Euro' Club In Football History.




For the first time in history, a football club invested more than one billion euro in transfer indemnities to formation the best possible its squad: Manchester City, current premier league 2018-19 champions. According to the reports of CIES Football Observatory reports.
