ITU Confirmed 2019 World Triathlon Series Calendar- Schedule.

The International Triathlon Union (ITU) has announced the World Triathlon Series (WTS) calendar year for the 2019 season. The WTS will consist of seven regular races, while the last one is the Grand Final, beginning once again in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates on March 8 and 9.

This the 11th edition of ITU World Triathlon Series which begin from early March & ends in 1st September.

The final race before the ITU World Triathlon Grand Final is the Edmonton event in William Hawrelak Park in the Canadian city on July 20 - 21.

The 2019 Grand Final will take place in the Swiss city of Lausanne from August 29 to September 1.


 Last year in 2018 ITU Word Triathlon has launched Mixed Relay Series, which sees teams competing and earning points to qualify for the discipline’s Olympic debut at Tokyo 2020, this path-race still continues in 2019 WTS with the stops of the World Triathlon Mixed Relay Series to be announced at a later stage.
