Minsk 2019 European Games: All you need to know about it.
After the successfully inaugural edition of 2015 European Games held in Baku, Azerbaijan, the Next edition of European Games will be held in Minsk, Belarus from 21 to 30 June 2019.
With 13 Host venues cities in Belarus comprising the 15 Sports in 23 disciplines.
European Games organizers are expecting the 4000 Athletics from More than 50 European countries are participating
Minsk 2019 European Games Dates:
With the Huge popularity of the first edition of 2015 Baku European games with the 5864 athletes had competed in 253 medal events across 20 sports, with the aiming to become the first ever European Games champion. And also estimated worldwide television audience of 1.7 billion people watched the sports events and ceremonies at Baku 2015.
The second edition of multisport European Games will be staged at Minsk, Belarus from 21 June to 30 June 2019.
The Minsk 2019 will feature the 15 different Sports in 23 disciplines, For 10 sports there will be some form of qualification for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
European Games organizers are expecting that the 4000 Athletes from All 50 European countries at 13 different host venues cities are competing to the European Games Champions.
There will be 91 men’s events, 89 women’s events and 21 mixed events in total, with 115 universality spots available.
The Minsk 2019 opening ceremony at the Dinamo Stadium will be held on June 21 and the closing ceremony on June 30.

Archery - At the 2019 European Games in Minsk, five events of archery will be contested
Athletics
Athletics competitions will held be from 25 to 29 of June at the Dinamo Stadium with a capacity of 22,000 seats.
Badminton
Badminton competition will take place at the Falcon Club with a capacity 2,000 seats from June 24 to 30.
Basketball 3x3
Basketball competitions will be held from June 22 to June 25 at the Palova Arena with a capacity of 1,000 seats.
Beach soccer
The beach soccer tournament will be held from 25 to 29 of June at the Olympic Sports Complex with a capacity of 1,500 seats.
Boxing
Boxing competitions will be held from June 21 to June 30 at the Minsk Sports Palace.
Canoe Sprint
Canoeing will be contested between 25 and 27 of June at Canoeing Regatta Course ZASLAVL.
Cycling
Two disciplines of cycling will be held in road cycling and track cycling. Road cycling will take place in Minsk city from 27 to 30 of June. track cycling will take place at Minsk Arena velodrome from 22 to 25 of June.
Gymnastics
Gymnastics in five disciplines: artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics, trampolining, acrobatics, and aerobics. All competitions will take place at the Minsk-Arena with a capacity of 8,000 seats.
Judo
Judo competitions will be held from 22 to 25 of June at the ÄŒyžoÅka-Arena with a capacity of 8,800 seats.
Karate
Karate competitions will be held from 29 to 30 of June at the ÄŒyžoÅka-Arena with a capacity of 8,800 seats.
Sambo
Sambo competitions will take place at the Minsk Sports Palace from 22 to 23 of June
Shooting
Shooting games will be held in two disciplines: shooting rifle and pistol and shooting shotgun. it will take place at the Shooting Center from 22 to 28 of June.
Table tennis
Table tennis will take place from 22 to 29 of June at Tennis Olympic Center with a capacity of 1,000 seats.
Wrestling
The wrestling events will be held at the Minsk Sports Palace with a capacity 3,300 seats from 25 to 30 of June.
