Canada wins bronze at the 2026 World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship

Kadriana and Colton Lott delivered a strong performance, defeating Italy’s Stefania Constantini and Amos Mosaner 11-3 in the bronze-medal match in Geneva. This marks Canada’s first world championship medal in mixed doubles since 2019 and Kadriana’s first career world medal.

Dominant scoring: Canada posted two four-enders and one three-ender.

Shooting accuracy: Canada shot 89%, significantly better than Italy’s 65%.

The game swung early with a big four in end 1 after Italy came light on a draw. Canada maintained pressure and never looked back.

The decisive blow came in end 6 with a power play draw for four, after which Italy conceded the final two ends.

Colton Lott also picked up his second international medal of the 2025-26 season (after silver with Matt Dunstone at the men’s worlds). The couple’s post-match comments reflected pride in sharing the podium together:
