The Gators are chomping their way back to the Final Four.
No. 1 seed Florida is the first team to punch a ticket to the 2025 Final Four, beating No. 3 seed Texas Tech 84-79 Saturday to win the West Regional and come one step closer to a national championship.
After an impressive regular season, Florida stormed through the SEC tournament to win the conference title and secure a top seed in the men's NCAA Tournament. In this year's March Madness, the Gators cruised against Norfolk State, fended off defending champion Connecticut and handled Maryland before getting past the Red Raiders in the Elite Eight.
Now, Florida is in the Final Four again, and it's had some success in the last rounds of the big dance. This year gives the Gators a chance to get back to the top of the sport.
