THE prestigious Champion of Champions snooker event takes place in Leicester for the first time this year.

A star-studded list of players are heading to the Midlands, including world No1 Judd Trump and reigning champion Mark Williams.

The Welsh icon took home the £150,000 winner’s cheque last year, beating Xiao Guodong 10-6 in the final.

Ronnie O’Sullivan failed to qualify as he has not won a competition since the World Grand Prix in January 2024, with only winners of significant tournaments in the last year being invited to take part.


When is the Champion of Champions Snooker 2025?


The action gets underway on Monday, November 10. The final takes place on Sunday, November 16.
Leicester’s Mattioli Arena is the venue for the first time.
