Barcelona defeats Sevilla, reached 10th Copa del rey Final 2021.
Barcelona overturned a two-goal first-leg deficit as they beat 10-man Sevilla 3-0 after extra time in a Copa del Rey semi-final full of dramatic actions.
Koeman Side are through to a tenth Copa del Rey Final in just 13 years after an amazing game of football on Wednesday night. Despite taking an early lead through Dembélé, it didn’t look like a dominant performance was going to be enough until the very last seconds.
Sevilla had even missed a penalty when Pique’s header’s dramatically sent the game into extra time.
Martin Braithwaite got the decisive goal, a diving header early on in the additional 30 minutes.
Ousmane Dembele had opened the scoring for Barca, who lost the first leg 2-0.
Lucas Ocampos missed a penalty for Sevilla, just before Gerard Pique dramatically levelled the tie at 2-2 in added time.
