NHL 2021 reschedules 27 games dates, times in East Division.
The NHL announced a big overhaul of its East Division schedule Saturday, moving 27 games to accommodate new schedules for the New Jersey Devils and Buffalo Sabres games postponed.
As of Friday night, the Devils had 17 players on the COVID-19 protocol roster, which may mean, among other factors, an initial positive result, someone displaying signs or potential exposure to someone who tested positive.
The Devils will have their fourth game postponed and rescheduled.
The Sabres had five players in the protocol, plus the team confirmed that coach Ralph Krueger had been tested positive. Four of their games have been delayed.
