Tuttosports has revealed The top 20 players under the age of 21 in European soccer, as the famous Golden Boy award nominees for 2019 will raise a few eyebrows.
Matthijs de Ligt could become the first player to secure the Golden Boy award twice after he was included on a 20-man shortlist for this year’s prize.
The honour, established by Italian newspaper Tuttosport and awarded to the best player under the age of 21 in a European top-tier league, lists Lionel Messi, Paul Pogba and Kylian Mbappe among its former winners.
