England outclass Australia reach World Cup final in 27 years

England defeat Australia play Cricket World Cup Final against New Zealand.

Outstanding performance by Steven Smith in opening wicket 124 runs partnership leads England in Cricket World Cup Final for the first time in 27 years will face New Zealand in World Cup 2019 Final at Lord's on Sunday.

It is a golden chance for host England to lift the First World Cup Trophy last time they reached in  1992 World Cup Final, when Pakistan defeats England & lift the trophy.

England defeat Australia play Cricket World Cup Final 2019 against New Zealand.

- Australia remain winless across formats in Edgbaston since 2002, while England are unbeaten in Edgbaston in their last 11 games here across formats.

- England hadn't beaten any of India, New Zealand & Australia in a World Cup match since 1992. They have now beaten all three of India, New Zealand & Australia in their last three matches and march into the final of World Cup 2019.

In the first Semi-Final,  Set 240 for Blues, India's chase got off to an awful start and, in all practicality, ended when they lost their top three with just five on the board. There was, of course, resistance, and then a valiant fight by Ravindra Jadeja (77 off 59) and Mahendra Singh Dhoni (50) but India eventually fell short by 18 to hand New Zealand their second consecutive World Cup final appearance.
