Liverpool will take on German giants Bayern Munich in the Champions League last 16, while Manchester United have been drawn against Paris St-Germain.
Premier League champions Manchester City and Tottenham also face Bundesliga sides, with City meeting Schalke and Spurs playing Borussia Dortmund.
The first legs will take place on 12-13 and 19-20 February, with the return fixtures for the Second leg on 5-6 and 12-13 March 2019.
In others, holders Real Madrid will face Dutch champions Ajax, who have reached the knockout stages for the first time since 2005-06, while Serie A champions Juventus face Europa League winners Atletico Madrid.
Spanish champions Barcelona meet French side Lyon, while Italian club Roma faces Portuguese champions, Porto.

UEFA Europa League 2018-19 Draw, Last 32 full schedule dates, and Fixtures.
Scottish champions Celtic have been drawn to face Spanish side Valencia in the last 32 of the Europa League.
Valencia are 14th in La Liga and finished third in their Champions League group, behind Juventus and Manchester United.
Premier League side Arsenal play Bate Borisov of Belarus, while Chelsea - who won the competition in 2013 - take on Swedish side Malmo.
Most of the two-legged ties will be played on the 14 and 21 February 2019.
Arsenal's home second leg will be on Wednesday, 20 February at 17:00 GMT.
The Gunners and Chelsea were both seeded for the draw, meaning they host their second legs and teams from the same city cannot play at home on the same night.
