FINA released the dates and venues of the 2019 FINA Swimming World Cup stops, held annually since 1979 which determines the world's best swimming players in a circuit across Asia and the European continent.

The 31st edition will kick off into seven hosts venues and partitioned into three Clusters, starting three legs in the main stage (first stage) and two meets in the second and third or last Cluster.
